The Miami Dolphins have found Xavier Howard’s replacement with their latest free agency signing.

According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the Dolphins and former Washington Commanders cornerback Kendall Fuller have agreed to a two-year, $16.5 million deal.

Fuller, 29, was initially a third-round pick by Washington in the 2016 NFL Draft.

He spent his first two seasons with the Commanders before he was traded to the Kansas City Chiefs in 2018.

Fuller won a Super Bowl with the Chiefs in 2019 and then returned to Washington for a second stint one year later, which is where he spent the last four seasons before entering NFL free agency this offseason.

Through eight seasons, Fuller has appeared in 117 games with 93 starts, recording 75 passes defensed with 16 interceptions.

He is fresh off 2023 season where he logged nine passes defensed, two interceptions, and two fumble recoveries.

Fuller will team up alongside fellow cornerback Jalen Ramsey in Miami, which will make for a dangerous duo against any deep-threat receiver.
