He is best known for playing rough and ready former convict Dominic Toretto in the Fast And Furious franchise.
But Vin Diesel proved he is a man of more refined tastes in real life after he tucked into a meal at a posh restaurant in London on Wednesday.
The ruggedly handsome 47-year-old looked like a satisfied man as he sauntered out of the upmarket Nobu Berkeley eatery with a wide grin on his face.

The actor looked relatively scruffy considering he was visiting an upmarket restaurant, wearing a trendy leather jacket, black T-shirt, faded jeans and lumberjack style boots.
The thinking woman’s beefcake is currently in the middle of a promotional drive for his latest movie Guardians Of The Galaxy.
Expert Dungeons And Dragons player Vin looked in his element as he hammed it up at the premiere of the Marvel comics movie in Hollywood earlier this week.
And why not, for he clearly landed the role of a lifetime in Groot, an incredibly tough, yet sweet and noble sentient tree.
Not bad for 47: The thinking woman’s beefcake was looking in good shape as he headed out
A happy coincidence: An attractive young lady was leaving the eatery at the same time as the jolly star
Vin claimed the role helped him get over the death of his friend Paul Walker, saying: ‘There’s something very, very healing about playing a character like Groot that celebrates life after a tragedy like the one that happened.’
He has also opened up about the forthcoming Fast And Furious 7, in which the dead actor’s brothers stood in for tragic star.
The XXX star said: ‘ “It was, needless to say, the hardest movie I’ve ever done. I remember when the tragedy happened, my mother said to me, “It’s not fair that you have to mourn in front of the world.”
‘What’s even harder is to mourn and simultaneously that the person is next to you, so every time you turn to whoever’s sitting in that chair you see not Paul.
‘It’s very, very weird. The good thing is, because we took all the time, the movie is a true testament to everyone coming together and wanting to honour both the saga and our brother, and there’s something very beautiful about that.’
Upwardly mobile: The hulking actor was seen chatting on his phone as he headed on to his next appointment
